r39743-06759 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based physical therapy services to students in the Litchfield, CT area. This is a great opportunity for a licensed PT looking for a consistent 3-day-per-week schedule , competitive hourly compensation, excellent benefits, and the rewarding opportunity to support students in an educational setting. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals. Help students improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Participate in student meetings and educational planning as needed. Qualifications Masters degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or equivalent. Active Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping students reach their developmental and functional goals. Compensation & Benefits $45+ per hour , based on experience and qualifications. 3 days per week with a consistent school-based schedule. Competitive benefits package. 401(k) with employer matching.
