What We Offer Competitive salary:

$90,000-$105,000 , Based on Experience + Potential Bonuses Structure $350/month medical stipend PTO and Paid Holidays CEU support Free Connecticut PT license renewal Opportunity to influence clinic culture, systems, and patient experience from the ground up About the Role Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality outpatient care across orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Contribute to building a positive, patient-first environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Connecticut PT license (or ability to obtain) New Grads are welcomed to apply!
