The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and functional status; devises and implement appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency; regularly re-assesses plan efficacy; provides appropriate education to patients and families and progress patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or eligibility, in Physical Therapy required Master's degree or higher preferred Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
WORK SCHEDULE
Full time, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays
