We are a boutique physical therapy clinic specializing in personalized care for sports-related injuries. Our mission is to help athletes of all levels recover, rebuild strength, and prevent future injuries. We are an advanced Physical Therapy clinic with the latest rehabilitation and therapeutic recovery equipment and technology. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans to support optimal recovery and performance. You will work one-on-one with clients using evidence-based practices, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation techniques. Collaboration with athletes, trainers, and healthcare professionals is integral to our holistic approach. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and home care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and advancements in the field. Evaluate and treat sports-related injuries, focusing on recovery and performance optimization. Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs. Educate clients on injury prevention and performance improvement. Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking. Stay current with industry trends and innovations in sports therapy. Experience Proven experience in physical therapy practice, preferably in the athletic setting. Previous experience in botique physical therapy is desirable Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy while delivering patient-centered care.
