About Us Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (STAR) is a privately owned outpatient clinic located in the heart of Washington, DC. We specialize in one-on-one care for patients with orthopedic conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, post-operative rehab, sports-related issues, and age-related mobility and balance concerns. Our treatment approach blends manual therapy with individualized care plans, focused on long-term outcomes and strong clinical reasoning. We keep visit volume intentionally low to support high-quality care, deeper patient relationships, and a sustainable pace for our clinicians.
