In This Role, You Will:

Evaluate and re-evaluate patients in a timely manner Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Complete documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries Review patient records and monitor progress Provide education and training to patients and families Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and referral sources Participate in departmental programs, professional development, and community outreach Why Choose ChristianaCare?
