This contract opportunity focuses on providing physical therapy services within a dynamic school environment, beginning August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Key Qualifications:

Valid Florida Physical Therapist license required School-based experience strongly preferred, but motivated candidates without this background will be considered Comfortable working in an itinerant setting, servicing multiple campuses each week Experience with both direct and indirect service delivery to a diverse student population Exceptional communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments, interventions, and support services to students across assigned schools Manage a shared caseload of approximately 94 students, in cooperation with another Physical Therapist and a Physical Therapist Assistant Maintain documentation per school and regulatory standards Consult and coordinate with educational professionals and families to develop and monitor student-specific treatment plans Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and IEP processes as needed Travel between schools as part of an itinerant assignment, typically serving two to three sites daily
