CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient care for diverse patient populations. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients using standardized assessments to determine functional limitations and rehabilitation goals Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on response and clinical judgment Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives Supervise and mentor therapy assistants or students as appropriate Engage in continuing education and professional development offered by CORA Required Skills Orthopedic physical therapy Neurological rehabilitation Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Gait and balance training Functional movement assessment Use of rehabilitation modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound, heat/cold) Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Patient and family education Care coordination with interdisciplinary teams
