Legacy Health, a leading non-profit health system renowned for its commitment to compassionate care, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing hands-on rehabilitation services to patients with injuries, disabilities, or other physical conditions. Our ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of physical therapy modalities and a passion for patient care, helping patients improve their mobility and manage pain at our state-of-the-art facilities across Oregon and Washington. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions by conducting physical and psychological tests Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history Implement physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed Educate patients and families on treatments, therapy exercises, and injury prevention Maintain patient records and document patient care services Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maximize patient recovery and health Required Skills Strong understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology Ability to operate and navigate physical therapy equipment and tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in creating and following through with patient care plans Capability to handle emotional and physical aspects of patient care
