Responsibilities Assess patient conditions by conducting physical and psychological tests Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history Implement physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed Educate patients and families on treatments, therapy exercises, and injury prevention Maintain patient records and document patient care services Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maximize patient recovery and health Required Skills Strong understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology Ability to operate and navigate physical therapy equipment and tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in creating and following through with patient care plans Capability to handle emotional and physical aspects of patient care
