Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
Valid professional license as a Physical Therapist, in good standing Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred Solid understanding of discipline-specific therapy practices Ability to evaluate, develop, implement, and modify patient treatment plans Commitment to personal and professional development Strong verbal and written communication skills Compliance with all state and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate assigned patients, creating and tailoring treatment plans to individual needs and goals Work collaboratively with physicians, therapy team, and support staff, delegating as necessary Ensure effective programs for patient return to community activities Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Maintain up-to-date, detailed, compliant medical documentation Adhere to safety protocols, reporting hazards and promoting safe patient and employee practices Participate in ongoing professional development and organizational initiatives Stay current with discipline-specific state practice acts and complete required continuing education
