We develop individualized treatment plans and work closely with referring physicians to help patients achieve their goals. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations. Develop and implement individualized plans of care. Provide skilled manual therapy and therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient. Monitor progress and document measurable functional outcomes. Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner. Communicate with patients and referring providers to support continuity of care. Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist license. Strong manual therapy and clinical assessment skills. Ability to develop and carry out effective, individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, patient-focused attitude. Strong organizational, computer, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Three professional references.
