Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning for patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care needs. Utilize equipment such as Vector, LiteGait, and ADL apartments effectively. Support patient training and family education activities. Maintain documentation using Meditech EMR system.
