Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, taking into account their physical conditions and treatment history. Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs while adhering to physicians' guidelines. Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to facilitate recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel supported in their treatment journey. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and maximize patient success rates. Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, treatment protocols, and strategies for maintaining health and preventing re-injury. Set and achieve utilization goals and contribute to practice objectives through effective service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus The caseload at Core Impact will encompass a diverse array of patient populations, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological deficits, and sports-related issues. Our therapists take pride in customizing care strategies that align with each patient's unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals. You will play a vital role in helping these individuals recover mobility and improve their life quality through tailored interventions and compassionate support. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations. A Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association to ensure patient safety in emergencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Proficiency in computer systems and document processing to maintain efficient patient records. A demonstrated ability to form strong therapeutic relationships, motivating patients to meet and exceed their functional goals. A commitment to ongoing professional development, embracing opportunities for further education and community involvement. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a clinical setting, covering various specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports medicine. Familiarity with evidence-based practice and the use of metrics to assess treatment effectiveness. Experience in community outreach activities, fostering relations that benefit both patients and the organization. Compensation and Benefits Core Impact offers a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
to 100,000 based on experience.
