Full Job Description Role Overview:
This leadership position involves managing and coaching a retail banking center team to achieve strategic goals, promote a positive work culture, and represent the organization professionally in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership by coaching, leading, and managing the team to execute initiatives effectively. Model and promote a positive work environment, fostering associate engagement. Represent the company professionally within the local market and community groups. Drive sales and business development through advice-driven processes, coaching, and client relationship building. Ensure excellent client experiences by promptly resolving issues. Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team; lead, motivate, and evaluate team members; mentor less experienced managers. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and internal controls, collaborating with operations and sales leadership. Lead operational efficiency, monitor metrics, control expenses, and partner with retail operations for continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee and evaluate personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, coaching, and addressing employee concerns in accordance with policies and laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years related experience or equivalent; strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to meet background and licensing requirements.
