Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT)

Cape Coral, FL Schedule:

16-20 hours per week Position Summary The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and educate adult and geriatric residents to improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent injury, and support functional independence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, caregivers, and administrative staff
• Adhere to all Florida practice standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements Qualifications
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience with adult and/or geriatric populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care approach
