CORA Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient rehab care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training to restore mobility and independence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop evidence-based plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to restore function and mobility Deliver post-surgical and orthopedic rehab, balance, and gait training services Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EMR within required timeframes Collaborate with referring providers, therapists, and support staff to coordinate patient care Track patient progress, modify treatment plans, and ensure goal attainment and quality outcomes Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and safety standards and payer documentation requirements Participate in mentoring, in-service training, and continuing education to advance clinical skills Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first clinic culture aligned with CORA's values Required Skills Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Neurologic rehabilitation Post-surgical rehabilitation Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Gait and balance training Functional movement assessment Pain management interventions Patient and family education Clinical documentation and EMR use
