Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Ocala, FL. In this patient-first role, you will evaluate a diverse caseload, design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, and help patients regain function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic and neurologic conditions Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to restore mobility, strength, and independence Monitor progress, adjust plans of care, and document treatments in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize outcomes Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence Required Skills Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation Neurologic rehabilitation Patient evaluation and treatment planning Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Functional movement and gait training Use of rehab modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound) Clinical documentation and EMR systems Patient and family education Interdisciplinary care coordination
