Job Description

TLC seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting participants featured in our medical and transformation programming. You'll provide evidence based evaluation and treatment, develop individualized rehab plans, and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, producers, and care teams to ensure safe, ethical, and effective therapy on and off camera. This role blends clinical excellence with clear communication and documentation, helping tell authentic recovery stories while prioritizing patient dignity, privacy, and outstanding clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional status, mobility, pain, and rehab needs using standardized assessments. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities within PT scope of practice. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, psychologists, and production teams to coordinate safe care. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with clinical and legal standards. Ensure strict adherence to patient privacy, consent, and ethical guidelines, including on-camera settings. Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, safety concerns, and medical recommendations. Participate in case conferences, production planning meetings, and cross-functional care reviews. Contribute clinical insight to storytelling while prioritizing patient safety, dignity, and accuracy.
