Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Rehabilitation, you'll harness your expertise to inspire patients daily. The Physical Therapists plays a pivotal role in the patients rehabilitation and recovery that involves assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs for various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Through your proficiency, patients will experience improved mobility, pain management, and functional restoration, significantly enhancing their quality of life
Key Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapists conducts comprehensive evaluations to assess the patient's physical condition, functional limitations, and treatment goals. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practices. Manage day to day schedule. Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to promote healing and improve mobility. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure progress toward established goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and strategies for self-management. Provide guidance on home exercises and activities to support the continuity of care. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care. Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards in the provision of care. Stay current with best practices, industry trends, and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR/BLS Certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
