Job Description

Mandler Physical Therapy is a concierge Physical Therapy clinic providing one-on-one, individualized care to its patients. We schedule one patient per hour, in order to ensure that each patient has the undivided attention of their therapist for the duration of their session. Mandler Physical Therapy works with patients of all ages, with a focus on general orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and pre and post-surgical rehabilitation. Mandler PT is looking for an energetic, driven Physical Therapist to join its team. Applicant shall have excellent diagnostic skills and must be comfortable working with various patient populations, including adolescents and teens. Position will begin as per diem, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time. We are a cash practice and able to provide highly competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
Identify specific needs of patients and create a treatment plan Prepare detailed home exercise programs Enter patient-related data and notes into WEBPT software Assist in administrative duties, including, but not limited to, scheduling, checking patients in/out, taking payments, answering phones Be available to assist patients via email or phone after business hours Assist in marketing activities for the clinic
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy Active license in the State of Florida 2+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic Strong manual therapy skills Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and compassion Strong evaluation and diagnostic skills Exceptional communication skills Dry needling certification preferred •

$75.00 - $90.00 per hour
