Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Esencia Wellness Therapy - 1.5 Davie, FL Job Details Part-time From $45 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Physical Therapy Care documentation English Outpatient experience Full Job Description Esencia Wellness & Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for our Davie, Florida location. We are looking for a responsible, organized, patient-focused professional who is comfortable working independently in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The PT will serve as the primary clinical provider at our Davie location and will have clinical and support staff assistance based on the operational needs of the clinic . Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations, reevaluations, and treatments . Develop and implement individualized plans of care . Provide therapeutic interventions based on each patient's needs and goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner , including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, reevaluations, and discharge notes, as applicable. Supervise and direct clinical support staff within their appropriate scope and according to clinic needs. Educate patients regarding their treatment, home exercise programs, and injury prevention. Maintain compliance with professional, clinical, and company standards. Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for Florida licensure. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and patient-centered. Ability to work independently and manage clinical documentation effectively . New graduates are welcome to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
