TLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting our on- and off-air talent and staff. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programs, focusing on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness for a diverse, fast-paced media workforce. Collaborating with medical partners, HR, and production teams, you'll provide one-on-one therapy, ergonomic and set-safety guidance, and wellness education. This role blends clinical expertise with strong communication skills to keep our creative teams healthy, resilient, and ready to tell powerful stories worldwide. Responsibilities Evaluate musculoskeletal and functional impairments; develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, HR, and production leads on care plans. Provide injury prevention, ergonomics, and body-mechanics training for staff and talent. Conduct on-set or on-location assessments to reduce injury risk in production environments. Document assessments, treatment, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and HIPAA. Educate employees on wellness, conditioning, and return-to-work strategies. Recommend adaptive equipment, braces, and modifications for safe work performance. Assist with developing health, safety, and wellness initiatives with HR and safety teams. Maintain professional licensure, continuing education, and best-practice knowledge.
