In person Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of childrens physical conditions and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize effective, uptodate therapeutic techniques Provide education to families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home strategies Monitor progress and adjust plans to support optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care Stay current on physical therapy best practices and pediatric development Requirements A fun, playful personality to engage children Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Pediatric experience preferred Excellent communication skills with children, families, and team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical care We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
