Job description:
- This is for the PRN and Fulltime position .
- This position will cover Ocala, and surrounding areas 1.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist License
- Must have a valid FL Driver's License
- Must have current CPR Card
- Must have current AHCA Background Screening Report
- Must have either Chest XR report, 2 Step TST report or Lab Test Report
- ( Quantiferon Gold )
- Must have a Doctor's Certificate of Good Health
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and best practices
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
