THE OPPORTUNITY A

locally owned outpatient rehabilitation practice — 40+ years serving Marion County across three clinics — is adding a Physical Therapist to its Ocala team. This is not a corporate rollup or a private-equity chain. Same local ownership for four decades, an established referral base, and a group of experienced clinicians who have been with the practice a long time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and independence Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers throughout the course of care Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians on the team Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

COMPENSATION & WHAT'S OFFERED

REQUIREMENTS

Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or FL license by endorsement in process) Current CPR certification Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
