Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including: Therapeutic exercise Manual therapy Gait and balance training Mobility and transfer training Functional rehabilitation activities Monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility techniques, and adaptive equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Support safe and effective discharge planning when appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Florida Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure Current BLS/CPR Certification Previous outpatient, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with EMR documentation preferred Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes Why Ocala?
