Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time Caseload at PPEC Conway, Orlando, FL | 1099 | $50-$57/hour Team Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist for a full caseload at a PPEC in the Conway area of Orlando . This is an exciting opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about working with medically fragile and medically complex children and wants the consistency of treating a full pediatric caseload in one location. The Opportunity Full pediatric caseload at one Conway-area PPEC $50-$57/hour as a 1099 contractor Consistent patients in one location with no driving between natural environment visits Collaborative PT, OT, Speech team Opportunity to serve as Lead Therapist Additional weekly supervision stipend for PTA supervision Strong administrative and Therapy Director support Who We're Looking For We are looking for a Physical Therapist with strong pediatric clinical judgment and a genuine passion for treating medically fragile children with complex medical and developmental needs. The patient population may include children with needs related to: Gross motor delays and developmental disabilities Neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic diagnoses Significant mobility limitations Strength, balance, coordination, and motor planning Positioning, transfers, and functional mobility Gait training and mobility progression Adaptive equipment, orthotics, and durable medical equipment Children with complex medical histories, precautions, and multiple diagnoses Collaboration with caregivers, nursing staff, PTAs, and multidisciplinary therapy teams The ideal candidate understands that working with medically fragile children requires strong clinical judgment, careful monitoring of medical precautions and tolerance, flexibility, and close collaboration with the child's broader care team. They are comfortable adapting treatment based on each child's medical status while remaining focused on functional progress, participation, and quality of life. Pediatric and/or medically complex experience is strongly preferred. Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license Pediatric experience strongly preferred Experience treating medically fragile or medically complex children strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in a child's medical status or tolerance Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary medical environment Experience supervising PTAs preferred Dependable, organized, and able to manage a full pediatric caseload independently Why Team Pediatric Therapy?
