We are currently hiring Physical Therapists for positions in Brevard, Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties . We are seeking compassionate and dedicated PTs to provide quality, patient-centered care in the home health setting. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, create individualized treatment plans, improve mobility and independence, and support a better quality of life. If you are a motivated PT who values compassionate care, flexibility, and making a lasting impact, we would love to have you join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Current Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively. Home health and geriatric experience preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
