Job Description:

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to $3000

Relocation Bonus Shift:

Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm

120 Cypress Edge Dr. Suite 101 Palm Coast, FL 32164 The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards. Participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department policy and procedures. Monitors patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Education
