Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Plantation, FL. The Physical Therapist will provide quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises and interventions based on patient needs. Monitor and document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, treatment plans, and home programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable standards of care. Provide coverage at a sister facility when required. Float Requirement The primary assignment is in Plantation, FL . The selected candidate may be required to float to sister facilities in Hialeah, FL and Tamarac, FL , based on staffing and facility needs. Requirements Current and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license . Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Previous Physical Therapy experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability and willingness to float to nearby sister facilities when needed. Must be available to work 40 hours per week on the day shift for the duration of the 13-week contract.
