Overview Kingdom Health Services is seeking qualified and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) for opportunities in Plantation, Florida . seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services to diverse patient populations, including those in outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital settings, and community-based care. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through tailored treatment plans and compassionate care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions by conducting thorough examinations focused on physiology, anatomy, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercises to promote healing and functional improvement. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to coordinate patient care strategies. Develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress, discharge planning needs, and evolving clinical standards. Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to healthcare standards for medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), and physiotherapy documentation protocols. Manage patient rehabilitation programs for diverse populations such as geriatrics, pediatrics, neurology patients, and those requiring home health or outpatient services. Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, exercises, and strategies for ongoing care in home and community settings. Ability to fulfill 40 Hours per week Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited program. Valid licensure or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in the applicable region. Proven experience in acute care, inpatient hospital environments, outpatient clinics, or outpatient rehabilitation centers. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards. Experience working with geriatric patients, pediatric populations, neurological conditions, orthopedics, or sports injuries is highly desirable. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and EMR management for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced healthcare settings such as hospitals or outpatient clinics.
