What We're Looking For:

We are searching for a skilled, dynamic, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our Plantation and Pembroke Pines location and an Occupational therapist or CHT for Plantation. The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Orthopedics, Workers Compensation, and Sports-related injuries. Occupational therapist with Hand Experience or CHT. Strong manual therapy skills preferred (Graston, Kinesiotaping, cupping, and fitness-based treatment approaches are a plus!). PT Expertise in Sports, Ortho, Manual, Vestibular, TMJ, and exercise-based rehabilitation . Solution-oriented mindset , proactively addressing patient and clinic challenges. Ability to follow our proven 7-Step System for patient evaluations and treatment plans. Engages in marketing and community outreach to promote practice growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and team collaboration. Professional, respectful, and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence in patient care. Ability to adapt to schedule changes and patient care demands while maintaining a high level of service.
