Job Description CCI is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient opportunity. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the plan of care, facility policies, and applicable state and federal regulations. Core Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on physician referral and clinical findings.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, patients, and families.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies. Setting-Specific Responsibilities Manage a general or specialty outpatient caseload, including manual therapy and sports/orthopedic rehabilitation as applicable. Qualifications (Required)
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited physical therapy program (MPT/BSPT accepted per state requirements).
  • Current, unrestricted state PT license.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of clinical experience, ideally within an Outpatient environment.
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Experience with [EMR/documentation system, e.g., LaborEdge, Point Click Care].
  • Specialty certification (e.
