Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Six(6) paid holidays CEU allowance for continuing education Leadership development and career advancement opportunities Opportunity to help build and grow a brand-new clinic from the ground up What You'll Do Lead the successful launch and day-to-day operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic Provide exceptional, evidence-based physical therapy care Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Build, mentor, and develop a positive, high-performing clinical team Establish a culture centered on outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality outcomes Collaborate with organizational leadership to drive clinic growth and community engagement Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical standards Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners Represent the clinic within the Port St. Lucie community Help develop and implement strategies for long-term clinic growth and success What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida or eligible for Florida licensure Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a successful practice Self-motivated, organized, and committed to clinical excellence Strong relationship-building and community engagement skills Dedicated to creating an exceptional patient experience and positive team culture Why Join Us?
