Full-time and part-time opportunities:

Full-time salary ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience; part-time pay ranges from $40 to $50 per hour based on experience.

Open communication, a collaborative team, and a staff-first mindset Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises Measure and track intervention effectiveness Educate the patient on continuing care home strategies that support outcomes Skills & Qualifications Licensure and education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current Florida PT license.

Clinical experience:

At least one year of experience preferred, ideally in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic setting or with vestibular rehabilitation.

Specialty interest:

Strong interest in treating patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, pelvic health, and fall-risk concerns.

Treatment planning:

Ability to create and carry out effective outpatient treatment plans, including balance and vestibular rehabilitation programs.

Independence and collaboration:

Comfortable working efficiently in an autonomous setting while communicating openly with patients, owners, and team members.

Growth mindset:

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to complete pelvic floor, balance, and vestibular certification training if not already certified.
