As part of our onsite staff, you will engage with a team of healthcare professionals who collaborate to ensure effective treatment plans and optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technology to assist in patient care. Key Responsibilities As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Fountain Hills Physiotherapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Evaluating and assessing patients who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting their mobility. Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, detailing specific intervention strategies to achieve therapeutic goals. Utilizing various therapeutic methods, including exercise regimes, hands-on techniques, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment. Monitoring and documenting patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time feedback and evaluation. Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and families on treatment procedures and the proper use of assistive devices. Participating in ongoing professional development by attending educational workshops and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest physical therapy practices. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work closely with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to elderly individuals, each presenting varying diagnoses and rehabilitation needs. This role is critical in assisting patients with conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, arthritis, and other orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will significantly influence their ability to regain independence and enhance their overall physical function. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication with an emphasis on patient interaction. Familiarity with computer software and electronic health records necessary for documenting patient information. A flexible and adaptable approach to provide patient-centered care in an ever-changing clinical environment. Preferred Experience While prior experience in physical therapy is not required, candidates with exposure to orthopedic rehabilitation will be viewed favorably. USD 100,000
