Responsibilities 1. Plan of Care / Delivery of Treatment a. Establishes a plan of care that corresponds to the proper diagnosis and functional limitations. b. Delivery of treatment is effective / appropriate and corresponds to plan of care. c. Identifies contraindications to the plan of care and informs the manager and physician as indicated. 2.
