$3/hour for weekends About the Opportunity Join a 221-bed acute care hospital serving the communities of Seminole and West Volusia County. This facility offers a full range of services including a Level II Trauma Center, comprehensive cardiovascular program, orthopedic and spine care, robotic surgery, and inpatient rehabilitation. About the Role As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while managing the full therapy process for an assigned caseload. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver individualized treatment plans that support recovery and improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions in line with physician orders Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and equipment use Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Manage caseload priorities and support daily workflow needs What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida) Bachelor's Degree required BLS certification required within 30 days of start Open to new graduates and experienced therapists Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Schedule Details Day shift, 5 days per week (8-hour shifts) Start times vary between 7:00 AM•10:00 AM Rotating weekends (initially up to 4 per month, decreasing over time) Weekday time off provided when working weekends Why Join?
