Job Description

TLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care to staff, on-air talent, and production teams in a dynamic media environment. In this role, you will evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and movement disorders, design evidence-based rehab and injury-prevention programs, and coordinate care with internal medical partners. You'll educate patients on safe movement for set work, travel, and long production days, while documenting outcomes and maintaining regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with creative and operations teams to support wellness, performance, and accessibility, reflecting TLC's commitment to inclusion and storytelling. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and movement disorders for staff and talent Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans Implement injury-prevention, ergonomics, and mobility programs for production environments Educate patients on self-management, safe movement, and wellness strategies Document assessments, plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and wellness providers on coordinated care Support return-to-work and performance-readiness plans for on-air and production roles Use outcome measures and data to refine treatment plans and programs Ensure safe use and maintenance of PT equipment and treatment areas Contribute to a culture of inclusion, respect, and creative collaboration Required Skills Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation Functional movement assessment Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Neuromuscular re-education Pain management modalities Postural and ergonomic assessment Return-to-work/return-to-performance planning Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Patient and staff education
