As part of our continued growth, Doral Med and Rehab is launching a dedicated Sports Rehabilitation and Performance program designed to help athletes and active individuals recover from injury, restore function, build strength, and safely return to sport and activity. The Opportunity Doral Med and Rehab is seeking a Florida licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, movement, and performance to play a key clinical role in the development and growth of this program. This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional treatment role. The selected therapist will work closely with Doral Med and Rehab leadership, contribute clinical expertise and ideas from the beginning, and help shape a program with significant potential for growth. Doral Med and Rehab will provide the multidisciplinary clinical environment, operational infrastructure, marketing, and leadership support. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who brings strong clinical judgment, initiative, creativity, and the desire to help build an exceptional sports rehabilitation experience. Key Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions Develop progressive rehabilitation, strengthening, mobility, and return-to-sport programs Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals at Doral Med and Rehab Contribute clinical expertise and ideas to the development of the Sports Rehabilitation and Performance program Help shape clinical protocols, programming, and the overall patient and athlete experience Serve as a clinical ambassador for the program Participate in selected community outreach, educational initiatives, and professional networking opportunities Collaborate with Doral Med and Rehab leadership on opportunities to increase awareness and grow the program Maintain excellent clinical documentation and standards of care Qualifications Current and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Strong foundation in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Interest or experience in sports rehabilitation, athletic performance, strength and conditioning, or return-to-sport care Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Professional, collaborative, motivated, and comfortable taking initiative Experience working with athletes or active individuals is highly valued Sports, orthopedic, or performance-related credentials are a plus Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Why Join Doral Med and Rehab This is an opportunity to become involved at the beginning of an exciting new program and have a meaningful role in how it develops.
