09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our already established multi-disciplinary group to provide caring and compassionate care to a diverse group of patients. The days can be flexible and including 2-3 days per month (AM/PM) ; 10-12 hours monthly and additional hours are possible
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries and conservative/medical treatment options Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to multi-task Dedication to ongoing professional development
Responsibilities Patient Evaluation:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Treatment and Rehab:
Administer effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual techniques and modalities to help patients recover and improve their physical function
Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery
Progress Tracking:
Regularly evaluate and modify treatments plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records into EHR in timely manner, complying with all legal and ethical standards
Collaboration:
Work as a team and closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare team including physicians, nurses, providers and other ancillary staff in order to provide comprehensive patient care. Refer patients to Medical and other specialties -Must have a valid Physical Therapy License in the state of
