Job Description Busy and growing medical practice specializing in auto accident (MVA) and Florida PIP cases is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. You will work closely with physicians to treat patients with whiplash, back pain, soft tissue injuries, and post-accident rehabilitation needs . Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and develop treatment plans Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments Manage patients with auto injury / PIP cases Maintain accurate documentation (EMR experience preferred, eClinicalWorks is a plus ) Track patient progress and adjust care plans Ensure compliance with Florida PIP guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary team Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist License (Required) Experience with PIP / Personal Injury / Auto Accident cases preferred New grads welcome (training available if motivated) Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic Spanish-speaking is a plus Benefits (Full-Time) Competitive salary Bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Growth potential within expanding practice Why Join Us?
