This contract position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist interested in supporting K-12 (and some Pre-K) students, with the flexibility to work full-time or share hours as part of a part-time team. The assignment covers October through the end of November, with immediate interviews for qualified professionals.

What You'll Bring:

Active Florida Physical Therapy license Experience working in schools is highly preferred, though not strictly required Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to efficiently travel between multiple schools during the day Passion for delivering both direct and indirect physical therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities

Role Highlights:

Full-time schedule available (40 hours per week, 7:30 am4:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), or opportunity to split hours with 12 other part-time PTs Support students across up to 35 campuses (itinerant model), with daily service at 23 locations alongside a collaborative team including another PT and PTA Manage a share of a 94-student caseload, addressing needs across K-12 and Pre-K populations Provide both direct therapy and consultative/indirect support to staff and families Participate in ongoing onboarding and credentialing facilitated by the district for a seamless start Contribute to a positive, student-focused environment where your skills are truly valued Highly-qualified candidates will move quickly through the interview process, with district interviews already underway.
