Outpatient Physical Therapist Pool/PRN:
The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical direction to Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and students.

- Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain
- Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
