Job Description

Florida Spine Associates in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary spine care team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neck and back conditions, develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. You will collaborate closely with spine surgeons, pain specialists, and other providers, educate patients and families, and document outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients with spine-related and musculoskeletal conditions using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional training Educate patients and families on condition management, home exercise, and prevention Collaborate with spine surgeons, pain specialists, and other clinicians on care plans Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record Monitor and report clinical outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with state practice laws, clinic policies, and payer requirements Contribute to a patient-first, team-oriented culture and interdisciplinary case discussions Required Skills Orthopedic and spine-focused physical therapy Patient evaluation and differential assessment Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Neuromuscular reeducation and functional training Pain management and movement optimization Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Interdisciplinary clinical collaboration Patient and family education Outcome measurement and evidence-based practice
