Job Description:

Up to $10,000 sign on Bonus Up to $3000 relocation

Assistance Location:

Sports Medicine and Rehab 2005 Mizell Ave, Suite 2400, Winter Park, FL 32792

Schedule:

Either opening or Closing shift Monday•Friday Contributes to and participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports departmental quality standards and initiatives. Facilitates orientation and training for clinical staff and completes clinical competencies for all staff members. Collaborates with management on clinical staff hiring, performance appraisals, and continuing education requests. Coordinates in-services by clinical staff and vendors, and mentors new graduates. Collaborates with management on clinician and technician schedules to meet patient needs. Investigates, responds to, and resolves complaints, escalating issues to management as needed. Performs all duties of a Physical Therapist as per Physical Therapist job description. Promotes a collaborative and supportive environment by serving as a mentor and positive role model for clinical staff and students, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence through evidence-based practice and Engaging in autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, and clinical practice education within a peer group.
