Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional patient care and support recovery journeys in an engaging hospital setting as a physical therapist. This contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to optimal patient outcomes and rehabilitation success.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Previous experience in a hospital or acute care environment In-depth knowledge of therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation techniques Strong communication skills for patient interactions, education, and coordination with healthcare teams Proficiency in assessment, care planning, and documentation Ability to adapt to patient needs and personalize care plansResponsibilities:
Evaluate new patients to develop individualized therapy plans Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge planning for continued progress post-therapy Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirementsBenefits:
