Job Summary We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one, hands-on care for patients, helping them improve their pelvic health and quality of life. We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about patient care but also excited to grow professionally and take an active role in outreach efforts. You'll work closely with the team to build community healthcare relationships, engage in marketing initiatives, and ensure patients receive exceptional, personalized treatment. Duties Treat no more than 6 patients per day (30 per week) in 50-60-minute one-on-one sessions Collaborate with other therapists to enhance each patient's plan of care. Actively contribute to the development of local partnerships and assist with organizing and promoting community events to educate the public about pelvic floor health, improve visibility, and foster a collaborative healthcare environment. Be proactive in helping patients reach meaningful outcomes and connecting to their "deeper why" to stay engaged in their care. The ideal candidate will know how to manage time effectively to ensure a smooth patient experience. Develop and create engaging, informative, and educational content for the clinic's social media platforms . The ideal candidate should be comfortable using social media to connect with patients and the broader community, raising awareness and building trust in the clinic's services. Treat a diverse population— all genders, ages 16+ Confidently discuss available treatment plans and care packages with patients, ensuring they fully understand their options, expected outcomes, and the value of comprehensive pelvic floor therapy. Embrace a positive , team-oriented clinic culture. Think critically and adapt creatively in treatment approaches. Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PTA), Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia AND South Carolina Herman and Wallace Pelvic One Experience or strong interest in pelvic health (training support available!)
