Part-Time Physical Therapist - Outpatient | Flexible Schedule Starting at $48/hour | Part-Time | Fayetteville, GA Why You'll Love Working Here Join a woman-owned and woman-managed, specialty-driven outpatient clinic in an exciting growth phase where your expertise and contributions matter. At Ideal Therapy , you'll have the opportunity to treat diverse patient populations while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of PT, OT, SLP, and other clinical professionals. Our clinic offers exposure to a variety of patient needs and specialty services, including pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, pelvic health, aquatics, and more —giving you the opportunity to use your existing expertise while continuing to grow clinically. And because this is a part-time role, we understand that flexibility matters . Whether you're supplementing another position, returning to clinical practice, or simply looking for a consistent part-time schedule, we'll work to develop a schedule based on your availability and clinic needs. What You'll Do Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy Treat a diverse range of patient needs and diagnoses Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, and other members of the care team Educate patients and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Contribute your clinical knowledge and ideas as our programs continue to grow What You'll Find at Ideal Therapy Competitive pay starting at $48/hour Flexible part-time scheduling Diverse pediatric and adult patient populations Multidisciplinary, coordinated-care environment Exposure to specialty services including pelvic health and aquatic therapy Opportunities to use and expand specialty skills Access to professional development and continuing education resources Company-paid CPR training, as applicable Licensure support/reimbursement, as applicable Opportunities for professional growth as the organization expands What We're Looking For Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Effective communication and documentation skills A collaborative approach to patient care Interest in contributing to a growing, multidisciplinary clinical environment Have a specialty? We'd love to hear about it. Experience or advanced training in areas such as pelvic health, aquatics, pediatrics, or other specialty areas is welcomed but not required. Flexible Part-Time Scheduling Part-time schedules are developed based on provider availability and clinic needs within our operating hours:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM-7:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Saturday:
