Overview Join our client's dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in restoring and enhancing patients' athletic mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In this engaging role, you will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient care across diverse settings. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their quality of life through targeted physiotherapy interventions. This team is committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and meaningful patient outcomes. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address specific patient needs. Conduct various physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and patient rehabilitation exercises to promote recovery and mobility. Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while adhering to clinical documentation standards. Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, care plans, and self-management strategies to foster active participation in recovery. Experience Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, or outpatient rehabilitation centers. Demonstrated expertise working with diverse patient populations. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and clinical documentation standards necessary for accurate record keeping. Experience managing electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments. Prior outpatient experience in outpatient clinics or outpatient rehabilitation centers is preferred to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining compassionate patient interactions across various settings including hospital and home health environments.
Pay:
$45.45 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
